Stephanie specializes in consulting, education, and strategic oversight for self-funded organizations, with deep expertise in evaluating risk, structuring coverage, and managing plan performance.

Her background spans the full ecosystem of health plan management, including brokerage, TPAs, PBMs, underwriting, and claims administration—providing a rare, end-to-end understanding of how self-funded plans operate.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has spent decades helping municipalities, school districts, and private employers navigate the complexities of stop loss and self-funding with confidence and clarity.

As an educator, Stephanie is passionate about simplifying complex concepts and delivering practical, real-world knowledge. She develops and teaches continuing education courses focused on the history of health insurance, self-funding strategies, and stop loss best practices—empowering brokers, consultants, and industry professionals to make smarter, more informed decisions.
